Before you contact us

Common questions, answered clearly.

01Is PatientMate China a hospital?

No. We are an independent, non-clinical navigation and visit-support service—not a hospital, clinic, or official hospital representative. That independence lets us stand on an objective footing and provide the practical information you need, including (but not limited to) what each hospital is commonly known for and what the visit environment is like.

02Do you provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations?

No. Diagnoses, medical decisions, and treatment plans must come from licensed hospitals and clinicians. What we can do is quickly prepare several optional hospitals and doctors in the relevant area, so you have more choices and a fuller picture before you decide.

03How quickly can a hospital appointment be arranged?

We help arrange bookable hospital time slots. After service confirmation—once the consultation fee is received—this is typically completed within a few days. The final slot is confirmed by the hospital.

04What does the coordination fee cover?

The written confirmation lists the non-clinical coordination included—for example appointment arrangements, visit-document preparation, language or interpretation coordination, on-site accompaniment, stay and travel arrangements, and help understanding commercial or international insurance pathways when the policy may cover the visit. Hospital registration, consultation, tests, and treatment are paid separately to the hospital.

05Should I send medical records on WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is for initial enquiries only. If documents are needed, we will explain a more suitable transfer method.

06Which languages are available?

The website supports English, Simplified Chinese, Indonesian, and Spanish. Interpretation for a hospital visit is arranged separately when needed.
